2h consultation to work on your expectations for the birth, different options for birth plans, address hopes, fears and worries.

I will offer the full spectrum of my experience as a birth doula, meditation coach and social services worker for a short but intensive consultation. We can discuss your hopes and wishes for the birth and find ways how to realize them. The outcome will be a visual birth plan that is helpful for your own birth preparation as well as showcases your preferences for all birth workers or medical professionals you may encounter on your way to give birth.

Any fears or worries that my come up can be addressed with suitable methods from my repertoire of holistic wellbeing methods like meditation, EFT tapping and kinesiology muscle testing.

Postnatal visits at home during the first 6 weeks after birth.

2-4 hours per visit, offering help with light house work, bringing home-cooked meals, debriefing after birth, advice on breastfeeding, baby care, recovery from birth, baby massage.
